The two directors promise to do everything possible to ensure that ABIOLA computers are used wisely. They commit to studying ABIOLA Academy courses. Furthermore, as was the case last year for students at the end of pastoral training at the Natitingou Bible Institute, those from the two institutes also express a desire to benefit from family solar kits, which would help them in positions where they would be affected. A total of 57 students at the end of their training in the two institutes would like to have these ABIOLA solar kits, i.e. 20 at the Natitingou institute and 37 at the Dassa Zoumé institute. ***** ABIOLA is pleased to be able to make a contribution to the education of students in Benin. Village Duori-Gyan

(ID: 695 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Dorf
Project manager: Elke Wonsiedler
Country: Ghana (Afrika)
Product(s): 44 Solar Kit 5W
Duori-Gyan is located in the Upper West Region of Ghana and part of the Duori community conglomerate. Since the community is rather widespread, they have no access to the power grid. One shouldn´t think that this is the only challenge the families have to face. During the dry season they have to walk long distances to fetch the needed amount of water from some of the water streams that provide most villagers with drinking water and water for food production. Like in many other areas where a lack of electricity exists, potential working hours are decreased which lowers the productivity for the livelihood of the people. Also, the younger generation is affected. As they help their parents in daily farming their only time which is not occupied is in the evening. Helping both parents and children to have light in the evening and morning, charging their phones and other devices. Thanks to the Solarkits this support is given. ABIOLA is therefore providing 44 families with their product which is very much appreciated by the community. ---- 1- SUROBRA Kojo, 2- BAYUO Peetere, 3- DOOPOGE Puli, 4- YELFAARIKUU Daril, 5-TANG Manpoo, 6- KUUFONG Alazuma, 7- BAGYLE Kullah, 8-DAKURAH Yel-Engtubon, 9- KULLAH Stephen, 10- PINPIM Agness, 11- BAABOROTERO Koopoge, 12- TANG Kuuba-Ebon, 13- SAAPOO Tampoge, 14- ZULEE Dari, 15- AZUMA Masa, 16- DERY Dekongme, 17- KUNO Puli, 18- TIGO Yaa, 19- BAYOR Soyen, 20- DANTOP Mafilda, 21- BAYOR Duo, 22- KULLAH Tene, 23- BABA-UUNOVURI Albaare, 24- TANG Talayel, 25- BAYUO Tawiah, 26- SEG-KYENUU Akua, 27- BAYOR Kana, 28- GBIEL Tang 29- KUUFON Alice, 30- BAYOR Kugbie, 31-NAANGMENBA-EREH Kugbie, 32- BAYOR Ninfaasiekuu 33- YELNENUOR Amos, 34-KOORLOORI Faustina, 35- ENMAALEH Kuubanyereeh, 36- BAYOR Zinikullah, 37- DONGIMA Songleh, 38- PUKYIREH Matthew, 39- TAMBO Nang, 40- BA-EREEH Dassah, 41- BAYUO Balanoe, 42- KOONOO Adama,, 43- NANG Foopuo, 44- GYIE Mary

Type: Projekt
Category: Schule
Project manager: Dr. Jens Dientrich
Country: Malawi (Afrika)
Product(s): 1 Solar System 60W
Chipunga is a region with about 1,600 inhabitants. It is located 25 km northeast of Mzuzu Nkhata Bay District. Especially at Chipunga is the coffee and Marcademia farm, in which also some inhabitants have found a job. Like most villages in the area, there is no electricity in Chipunga either. It lead Although huge electricity marshes through the very rural village, but the population has no use it. These are the high voltage power lines that lead from Mozambique to Zambia. The street from Mzuzu to Chipunga is in bad condition, especially in the rainy season. In Chipunga there is a state elementary school, which has over 350 students visit daily. Primary education at state schools is free in Malawi. in the Unlike Germany, elementary school in Malawi goes up to the 8th grade. In primary school in Chipunga teach 7 state-employed teachers, one of Grace and the community assisted teacher and an assistant teacher. The primary school has only 6 classrooms, for their 8 classes, which is why the standard 3 and Standard 4 taught in the dry season outside or under a small sun canopy become. In the rainy season, buildings in the area are searched, e.g. a church or an unfinished teacher's house, which are then diverted to the classroom. The Classes are from 7:00 to 13:00, twice a week there are afternoons Football for the boys and netball for the girls. A well is about 200 meters from the school and supplies the more than 350 students with water. The students in Chipunga are lucky, there is a School Feeding Program, which Grace sponsors, so the children have the opportunity once a day during the break To eat porridge. So no child has to sit hungry in the classroom. Now that you have a rough idea of the situation of primary school in Chipunga Here are some reasons why a solar system is needed: - A solar system is needed to have light in the classrooms. - Especially for the 8th grade, they stay the last weeks before their exams in the school to be able to study in the evening. This is good lighting in the Classroom very important. - So far, solar lamps and a small solar system were used, which on the one hand not enough light can donate and on the other hand, the quality is not good, so they break quickly. - In addition, the teachers need light for the next lesson prepare and be able to correct tests.

Dorf Toroubou

(ID: 677 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Dorf
Project manager: Christoph Köhler
Country: Benin (Afrika)
Product(s): 39 Solar Kit 5W
The village of Toroubou welcomed us today through the NGO ACELSB which carries out actions in favor of the populations of this village and which in the meantime had contacted Christoph through its first manager, Mr. Maxime TCHEHOUNDJE. It was therefore seeing the need and the difficulties facing these populations that he asked me to turn to ABIOLA for assistance in the field of solar energy. According to the explanations of the head of the NGO ACELSB supported by the chief of the said village, the populations suffer cruelly from this commodity which is light.Once night has fallen, apart from the lighting of the fire in the houses, no other light is not noticeable. This is a big burden not only for these populations who live there but also for the Chief Village and the NGO which has just started its activities in the direction of helping children to flourish. the village chief that there are days when children worried about their future cry in front of their parents while asking for their flashlight in order to be able to learn their lessons. Such a situation explains here the need and the urgency to come to the aid of these populations so that solar family kits are granted to them to allow these innocent souls to learn their lessons and to be more or less at the same level as those living in urban areas and which benefit full time from electrical energy. Parents will also be able to recharge their mobile phones through ABIOLA's gesture in favor of them. It should be noted that the news of the possibility of giving them the chance to have light in their homes was very well received by all. We can't wait for the NGO ABIOLA to really come to the aid of these populations who will remain grateful to it. Schule auf der Halbinsel Kokoboundji, Guinea mit 125 Kinder

(ID: 263 | Status: Open)
Organization: Abiola gGmbH
Type: Projekt
Category: Schule
Project manager: Christoph Köhler
Country: Guinea (Afrika)
Product(s): 1 Solar System 60W
The village of Taayaki with the surrounding hamlet belongs to the sector Kokoboundji, a sector of Kobayah, which is a district of the capital Conakry, Guinea. Kokoboundji is a peninsula separated from the mainland by a wide inlet. There is no bridge to the mainland. The peninsula has about 900 - 1000 inhabitants. The inhabitants live on fishing, are very poor and mostly illiterate. Their income hardly covers the daily necessities of life. There is no road to Taayaki, and there are no roads all over the Kokoboundji peninsula. Taayaki can only be reached from Kobayah by a 2-hour walk. You march on dams that lead through a marshy plain with paddy fields. During the rainy season you wade partially knees to waist deep in the mud and water. Taayaki and the entire Kokoboundji peninsula lack any infrastructure. There is no fresh water, no electricity, no health care and until March 2016 there was no school. The development aid organization DYARAMA founded a primary school in March 2016 in Taayaki. First as a multi-class class, preschool, 1st - 3rd grade, in a small provisional. In March 2018, DYARAMA was able to start construction of a school building, which is now ready to commence school at the beginning of October 19. The schoolhouse has 6 classrooms, 2 teacher rooms and a toilet / shower section for the children. DYARAMA is also building a well in Taayaki-Kibissir. In the new schoolhouse, all children from all over Kokoboundji can now attend primary school. There are currently 125 children enrolled in 5 classes. The primary school is fully funded by DYARAMA, there is no school fees charged in view of the low income of the population. The school is state recognized, but receives no contributions due to the lack of funds. In most of the rural areas of Guinea there are no public schools due to lack of financial resources. A SolarKit would be a welcome addition and help for the DYARAMA school. This could illuminate the classroom and staff rooms. Electronic media such as PC, Internet, beamer, etc. could be used for school lessons. The classrooms could be illuminated, and so evening classes for the literacy of parents and the population would be possible. The teachers, the headmaster and the school maintenance staff are housed externally in mud huts and in the converted old school temporary home. Each family kit would make their job immensely easier.

Ecole Primaire Publique de Pélima

(ID: 648 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Schule
Project manager: Christoph Köhler
Country: Benin (Afrika)
Product(s): 1 Solar System 60W
Pélima Public Primary School Pelima Public Primary School, founded in 1983, currently has 4 classrooms instead of the 6 a school of that age should have. It is currently headed by the headmistress OROU WARI Jacques. The information received from this school leads to considerations and strategies that prompt parents not only to send children to school, but also to encourage them to stay there. With the presence of the school canteen in this school, the Benin government is making efforts in this direction so that the children have the right to a hot meal every working day from Monday to Friday. The photos that were taken in this school while the children were eating are evidence of this. So far in this village there has been this mentality that the hero KABA never wanted to go to school when in reality he did. He fought the French invasion to defend and protect his people. Unfortunately, in the 21st century, some are reluctant to send their children to school. The numbers in the classrooms are illustrative. Some classes have fewer than 20 students, except in a single class that has more than 70 students. According to the headmaster, that number will decrease from 70 students in this class, so that two years later we will barely have twenty. ABIOLA could support the government's efforts to keep children in school by equipping this school with an ABIOLA TurboCharger 60W, which will illuminate the classrooms and allow these children to follow lessons continuously regardless of bad weather (harmattan, rain, wind) can. ***** Un grand merci à l'organisateur René Sobabe. School Assemblies of God Educational Complex

(ID: 687 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Schule
Project manager: Christoph Köhler
Country: Ghana (Afrika)
Product(s): 6 Raspberry Pi PC, 1 Solar System 260W
The school Assemblies of God Educational Complex was founded in the year 2014 by the Assemblies of God women's ministry since then, Mrs. Mary Senaye and Rev Johnnie TK Kuzagbe have been running the school. The 18 teachers teach a total of 235 students in the departments Kindergarten, Primary and JHS In addition to a kindergarten, there are also 6 different school classes. Next to the elementary school there is also a Junior High School with currently 42 students. The relationship between girls and boys is roughly balanced. The school clothes are preferably yellow, blue and Green with our school logo. It is very important to us that our children are brought up in the Christian faith and that they learn to deal with teachers and classmates in a disciplined manner. Classes take place during the week from 8pm to 2:30 pm. The transferred computers arouse great interest on the part of the students. Often times, students learn faster than teachers can teach them. We also try to use the computer to recognize special abilities of students and to promote them accordingly. The computers also enable teachers to further educate themselves. Adult education for parents and villagers is also possible with the computer. We have also set up an Internet that allows students to study the ABIOLA online Academy courses. Adults can also use the computers to obtain information for work, procurement, medicine, and many other areas. We are aware that we will get even more computers from ABIOLA if our students study their courses appropriately. Thanks to our supervisor, Rev Dr. Daniel Ayembilla. ***** ABIOLA is happy to contribute to the education of the students in Ghana. We thank Referent Dr. Daniel Daniel Ayembilla, Referent Andrew Jeremiah Nai-Mensah, Referent Jeffery Ayembilla and Phillip and David and all other helpers.

Frauen Schutzhaus in Sierra-Leone

(ID: 113 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Frauenhaus
Project manager: Christoph Köhler
Country: Sierra-Leone (Afrika)
Product(s): 2 Solar Kit 5W
It is a shelter for girls at risk of female genital mutilation https://www.frauenrechte.de/unsere-arbeit/themen/internationale-zusammenarbeit/internationale-kooperationen/sierra-leone The shelter is actually connected to the power grid, but there are several power cuts daily, so we have to borrow a generator that is not sustainable in operation and costly in the long run. Therefore, we had thought about a solar system several times. Unfortunately, the funds were always missing. Would we possibly still be considered as a "donation candidate" for Abiola? Project activities: Sensitization and education work against FGM Collaboration with circumcisers who renounce their profession and are committed as activists A shelter for girls fleeing the threat of mutilation and pressure from their families Care of the girls by social workers and legal advisers, mediation talks with the parents Enabling school attendance, education or study Project founder / leader: Amazonian Initiative Movement (AIM). Note from Abiola: Since the project has a power connection, it can not be considered with a charger. However, we will hand over 2 family kits to provide light during power outages.

The voluntary services offer young people the opportunity to work on projects in West Africa and other parts of the world for a certain period of time. Through their service, the volunteers support social diaconal projects that are initiated and managed by our local partner organizations. You get involved actively and profitably for other people and another society. The voluntary services enable young people to get to know other ways of life and social structures in a new environment. The voluntary services create personal encounters between people of different origins, ways of life and (cultural) influences in the host country. They are also confronted with the poor conditions in the places of action. The family solar kits help the young people at their locations to have light available in the evening hours and to charge their mobile phones so that they can stay connected with their families at home.

Weiler Didompè in der Gemeinde Boukombè

(ID: 658 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Dorf
Project manager: Christoph Köhler
Country: Benin (Afrika)
Product(s): 11 Solar Kit 5W
The hamlet of Didompè in the town of Boukombè that I discovered today Tuesday June 29, 2021 is a very particular hamlet in that it is found in the bush and is located between Natitingou and Boukombé more precisely behind the mountain chain East side GOING 0 Boukombé. What impressed me at this level is the welcome we received from the desperate populations because according to them, NGOs come to them with projects but this time the one that came I mean ABIOLA was with the help from one of their sons, which gave them hope that something will change in their daily lives. Since I started touring, this is the worst trail I have been on so far. In this hamlet, apart from the school which is on the edge of the path and a few rare houses, most of the accommodation is in the bush and you have to get close to it before you realize that people actually live there. Apart from the usefulness of light in the life of schoolchildren in this hamlet, it is also of capital importance for these populations who live there not only for their safety because currently the rainy season is in full swing and therefore exposed to reptiles whose bites are dangerous and sometimes fatal. So if ABIOLA that I represent offered such an opportunity to these populations by granting them these family solar kits, the NGO would have enabled them to simultaneously solve three problems, namely: learning lessons for schoolchildren, the problem of safety and recharging their cell phones. Faced with this great issue, I have no doubt that ABIOLA would not hesitate to look favorably on the grievances of these populations in order to give them a bit of hope. The following families are therefore identified in the said hamlet ***** 1-KOUBATY Benika; 2-N’TCHA Tempa Cathérine; 3-N’TCHA N’dah Joseph; 4-N’TCHA Winka; 5-WINKA Kouto; 6-SEBA N. Kouagou. 7-IDOUGOU Yédonta; 8-NATTA Eric; 9-TENKOUSSI Natta Euvariste; 10-M’PO Kanti; 11-N’KOUEI Kouto Martine; 12-N’TCHA Jacqueline; 13-N’KOUE Téna; 14 –N’TCHA N’tcha François; 15-N’DAH Tempa; 16-NATTE Tempè Marcelline ***** A big thank you to supervisor René Sobabe ABIOLA-TEAM.

Amazonian Bilingual Junior Secondary School

(ID: 276 | Status: Donated)
Organization: TERRE DES FEMMES
Type: Projekt
Category: Schule
Project manager: Christoph Köhler
Country: Sierra-Leone (Afrika)
Product(s): 1 Solar System 60W
During her last project visit, a speaker from the women's rights organization TERRE DES FEMMES handed over the Abiola Charger 30W to the Amazonian Bilingual Junior Secondary School in the village of Mamusa, built and operated by her partner Amazonian Initiative Movement (AIM). The village is located in the district of Port Loko in the province of North West in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Sierra Leone is considered one of the poorest countries in the world: about 70 percent of the population live in extreme poverty and have to make a living on less than one US dollar a day. On the list of 179 countries examined by the United Nations Development Program, the former British colony is one of the 10 least developed countries in 2019, as in previous years. Between 1991 and 2002, a bloody civil war raged in Sierra Leone, among others. for control of the country's diamond deposits. Many children were recruited as soldiers and forced to commit crimes against their fellow human beings. Also in the recent past, Sierra Leone has had to cope with crises like the devastating Ebola outbreak between 2014 and 2016. This claimed about 4,000 lives, many children were orphaned by the epidemic. The "Amazonian Bilingual Junior Secondary School Mamusa" visit 50 girls and 65 boys. What makes the difference to a classic state school? At the AIM school, girls and boys are taught mixed classes and they take subjects that are not available in regular schools, such as the subject of debating, which is about learning to think, think, argue, and discuss , Sex education, prevention, family planning and education on human rights violations such as female genital mutilation are also part of the curriculum. In a country where there is no law protecting female genital mutilation and 90 percent of girls and women between the ages of 15 and 49 are affected by it, breaking the taboo and indispensable! Teachers also sensitize students to the background and consequences of early marriage and sexual violence. Violence protection and a respectful togetherness at eye level v.a. between girls and boys are the alpha and omega. Last but not least, the AIM school with regular sports and games units as well as small excursions on enough exercise and variety in school life. The AIM school is very rural and has so far had no connection to the power grid. Therefore, the Abiola Charger 30W and those handed over with power banks were received with great pleasure. The solar panel will be installed on the roof of the school in a timely manner. For this purpose, a suitable safety jacket is built so that the panel can not be easily stolen. Already now, the Abiola Charger 30W and its equipment provide the "Amazonian Bilingual Junior Secondary School Mamusa" with lighting for six classrooms, a fresh wind for the teachers thanks to a table fan and the possibility to charge several mobile phones during the lesson. The handover was made to the headmaster, Sidique Lawrence Kanu, and his deputy, Sentigie Conteh. The school management, teachers and pupils tried out the Abiola Charger 30W together with the speaker of TERRE DES FEMMES - everything worked perfectly and fully meets the needs.

Village Bagapodi

(ID: 698 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Dorf
Project manager: Elke Wonsiedler
Country: Benin (Afrika)
Product(s): 60 Solar Kit 5W
Bagapodi, a village that is difficult to access in the commune of Cobly, has approximately 289 households and 2,096 inhabitants, including 985 males and 1,111 females according to the general population and housing census (RGPH4) of 2013. This population like those of the other villages already visited live in total destitution and the main activity carried out by this one is subsistence agriculture since they do not have the financial means necessary to produce massively in order to enable them to cope with all their needs. The village of Bagapodi does not have any infrastructure worthy of the name that could allow it to think of any development since even the schools that exist in the said village do not have light or running water. Immersed in deep darkness as soon as night falls, the people of Bagapodi are forced to lock themselves in their huts made of banco while waiting for the next day to resume their daily activities. Schoolchildren also suffer the same fate, thereby affecting their academic performance. It should be noted that throughout the village which extends as far as the eye can see, not because of a strong agglomeration but because these populations are forced to occupy enough space which would allow them to carry out their agricultural activities, no post of the electricity company of Benin is visible. So, no glimmer of an upcoming electrification of the village of Bagapodi. Faced with this state of affairs, the deputy Domitien N'OUEMOU in collaboration with the village chief asked me once again so that the NGO ABIOLA could look into their situation in order to get them out of this misery in which this population. Hoping that ABIOLA, which has always been sensitive to the needs of disadvantaged populations, will not fail to do the same in favor of Bagapodi in general and especially school children, the deputy wishes to express his gratitude to the head of the NGO and to the representative of ABIOLA in Benin who goes to all the trouble of this world by traveling through these villages and hamlets despite the poor state of our roads in rural areas in the Republic of Benin. Worou is a village in the commune of Cobly located in the north-west of Benin. This village allowed me to see another part of the difficulties facing the populations of our country, especially in rural areas. The habitats in this village are scattered and the indigenous populations collaborate with the Fulani who are pastoralists and whose habitats reflect the extreme poverty in which these populations live. One does not notice on the side of these Peulh populations any house built in final materials. In this village going from one house to another even with the motorbike was not easy due to the narrowness of its paths. The indigenous populations are cultivators therefore only live off the products of the fields and therefore subject to the goodwill of rainfall, that is to say when it is good, they have very good harvests and when it is bad then it is good. is famine, misery in the homes. When observed closely and given the slow pace of development of our country, the village visited will not have the chance to see a glimmer of hope in terms of electricity anytime soon. This situation was the motive for which I also went to this village so that ABIOLA could really give them a helping hand by offering them family solar kits which would initially bring out the pupils and schoolchildren of this locality. of their lack of competitiveness in relation to school results, but again this will allow their parents to benefit from the energy to recharge their mobile phones. The proximity of habitats to the bush is also a danger for these populations since they are sufficiently exposed to snake bites and scorpion stings. This donation of solar kits will reduce the risk of snake bites and scorpion stings as much as possible. Note that in this village, unlike some I have passed through, there was no pocket of resistance to this offer. All populations are ready to receive this gift which will allow them in the future to change the way they think about the world. Country: Benin (Afrika)
Product(s): 28 Solar Kit 5W
PROJECT DESCRIPTION 12: Beket Bouramè, a village in a difficult situation to understand. With a population of around 1,746 inhabitants according to 2014 census figures, Beket Bouramè is one of the closest villages to the town of Kouandé, about 5 km from the city center. Despite this proximity to Kouandé, it remains a particularly difficult village not only for the pupils or schoolchildren who live there but also for their parents in the sense that electricity does not exist. Thus for the students, as soon as night falls, they have no other activity to carry out than the games which are held in the evenings in African villages, especially in the period of moonlight or to fall asleep when the moon disappears. of things has a negative effect on their performance in the field of studies. As for the parents, the absence of this food means that they are forced to go to Kouandé to recharge their mobile phones, thereby losing time and reducing both their output in agriculture since part of the time that they should devote for field work is taken to solve the problem of the problem of recharging their mobile phones. Such a situation leads me on behalf of these populations to request the assistance of the NGO ABIOLA by granting family solar kits to these few families that I was able to register in the said village, in order to allow them to get out of this precariousness in which they live. Below is the list of families concerned: ***** 1- WOROU WARI Prosper, 2-BANGUI Jean, 3-OROUTISSE Gounou, 4-SARRE Bio, 5-SARRE Sembo, 6-SABI SONNI Boniworou, 7-OROU Warigui, 8-SABI TERRA Orou Sika, 9- SOULE Karima, 10-SOUROKOU Yarounkouro, 11-KORA Yarrou, 12-TIKANDE Albert, 13-WASSAGUI Nafissath, 14-SERO Yanki, 15- SERO Mora, 16-BORO Séro, 17 -MOUGNANGUI Soumaïlakuro, 18-MORA Yanki, 19-SEKINA Taïrou, 20-SASSAKOU Carine, 21-MORA Ganigui, 22-YAROU Bèkêgui, 23-YACOUBOU Assouma, 24-YACOUBOU Guèka, 25 - ADAMOU Issiaka, 26- CHABI KINA Nathalie, 27 -YAROU Lafia, 28- MOUSSA Emilienne ***** A big thank you to supervisor René Sobabe ABIOLA-TEAM.

Boré is a landlocked village in north-eastern Benin that, despite its proximity to the city of Kouandé, leads a similarly precarious life as the population far away from the urban centers. The District President of Kouandé, Mr. GABA Chabi, personally accompanied me, given the importance and need that his population benefit from this grace of the NGO ABIOLA, and suspended all his work for the morning of this Saturday. Once on site, after explaining the benefits of the light to them, he explained to them very early on that ABIOLA was right to favor children who are the future of every nation and urged parents to help their children grow make an effort. Once these family kits are made available to them, there will be a noticeable difference in their performance and the partner NGO ABIOLA will be pleased with the impact of these kits, which will be made available to families free of charge. It should be noted that all the families visited that day were very hospitable and there was no reluctance, since radio TUKO SQRI in Kouandé mentioned the very first family solar kits installed a few days ago in the villages of Oroukayo, Poupouré, Ganikpérou and Kpessi were distributed The district leader of Kouandé and the village leader of Boré count again on the generosity of ABIOLA and want to thank the NGO for all the effort and sacrifice that it will make to make these kits available to these households for the joy of the people, children first, then the parents and the entire Beninese community. Product(s): 30 Solar Kit 5W
Kouandata, a village located in the commune of Natitingou on the south side is one of the districts of which some villages have the grace to benefit from the Cotonou – Ouagadougou interstate road Several families in this village live in total destitution so that the things essential for their development are sorely lacking. It is this state of affairs that explains my visit to the said village in order to allow these few families present during the few hours to spend there to benefit from the grace and generosity of the NGO ABIOLA, which was right in deciding to grant for poor families a solar kit to allow children in our villages still going to school to have light to learn lessons and for good ladies who carry out income-generating activities to continue to carry them out at night anyway fell With great satisfaction, the populations have welcomed the good and reassure the partner of the good use that will be made of it. A total of 30 families were lucky enough to be registered. They look like this: 1-KOUAGOU Tempè Odile, 2- KOUAGOU N’BEKAN Dikou, 3- NATA Viviane, 4- WEDE Ndah, 5- WOMOU Téna, 6-KOUAGOU Wédè Monique, 7-KOUAGOU M Dieudonné, 8- KOUAGOU Hortense, 9- NTCHA Téna Félicité, 10- NATTA Ntchéi Pélagie, 11- TEKPETI Clarisse, 12- YOMOU Tchati, 13- KOUAGOU NATTE Jean, 14-NTCHA Cathérine, 15-NDIMONTE Ndah, 16- SINHO Sandra, 17- ADJIKE Zakari, 18- NKOUEI Alaba, 19- NTCHA Martine, 20-OKOUANRI Kossi, 21- DEYONTE Genevieve,22-BOTI Kouagou, 23- NTCHA Madinatou, 24- SINCHO Antonin,25- KOUPEI Bénédicte, 26-NKOUEI K Ernest, 27-KOUAGOU Félicien, 28-NDAH Natta, 29- YINKOU Abna, 30- KOUAGOU Koffi ***** A big thank you to supervisor René Sobabe ABIOLA-TEAM.

Village Gnanro

(ID: 699 | Status: Donated)
Type: Projekt
Category: Dorf
Project manager: Elke Wonsiedler
Country: Benin (Afrika)
Product(s): 50 Solar Kit 5W
The commune of Sinendé is located in the department of Borgou. It has several villages but unfortunately due to the insufficient number of kits for the year 2022 in Benin only 3 villages have been enrolled. The first deputy mayor of the commune of Sinendé having received the news that the NGO ABIOLA has brought a large number of families from the communes of Kouandé and Cobly in the department of Atacora out of obscurity with the granting of solar kits, he very quickly contacted me through one of my cousins living in the commune of Sinendé. After having exposed the problems which are theirs in this commune, he then pleaded in favor of his constituents so that they too can benefit from the generosity of ABIOLA. Not having a large margin of maneuver on behalf of the whole municipality, three villages were selected. The first village visited is that of Gnanro which, according to the General Population and Housing Census of 2013, has approximately 578 households and 5761 inhabitants, of which the female population is 2907 people and the male population is 2854 people. Of these households, which today greatly exceed 578, only 50 were selected on the basis of certain selection criteria, therefore taking into account the household poverty line. Note that the village of Gnanro is mainly made up of farmers, as is the case throughout the town. The course in the village allowed me to touch the fingers of the difficulties experienced by these populations which in reality hardly differ from those of the populations of the municipalities of Atacora who have already benefited from the generosity of ABIOLA. Unfortunately, only 50 families were enrolled in Gnanro, which I believe will have an impact on the daily lives of families and, moreover, that of the whole village and the whole town in general. They look like this: 1-YABOUNON Assouma ;2-BOURAIMA Imorou ;3-ADAM Toko ;4-YAWA Boni ;5-TOROU Démo ; 6-YOROU Zakari ;7-SIDI Sio ; 8-TABE Adamou ;9-GANDOSSOUNON Amina ;10-ABOU Djima ;11-BOURAIMA Issa Mandè ;12-BIO YORO Mariam ; 13-BAROUKA Rafiya ;14-BAROUKA Zoubéra ;15-KARIM Somè ;16-TAGA SAKA Mêmouna ;17-KINTA Sabi Gado ;18-YEIMA Kobi Saka ;19-ALIDOU Yaya ;20-GABA Gnangui ;21-BANI Djao ;22-MOUSSA Soukéna ;23-ELHADJ TOGO Guinguiré ;24-BONE Fati ;25- TAMOU Abdoulaye ;26-ABOU Chérifath ;27-KARIM Amidath ;28-AMIDOU Issifou ;29-AMIDOU Salmane ;30-YERE Azarath ;31-MOUSSA Mêmouna ;32-IBRAHIM Bassirou ;33-B ATON SOUNON Goï ;34DRAMANE Lahana ;35-DEMO Sika ;36-ADAMOU Amina ;37-KARIM Abdelaziz ;38-BIO Pitoukou ;39-SERO Salifou ;40-KARIM Toko ;41-BAROUKA Baké ;42-YAROU Dèrou Douwé ;43-MOUSSA Adama ;44-AMADOU Gouminsaou ;45-SABI YERE Raphaêl ;46-OROU GANI Kassim ;47-CHABI DANTARA Barka ;48-OROU DADO Orou Mèré ;49-MARE DOURO Issifou ;50-OROU Dado Goura
