Donation of 100 Abiola SolarKits in 2019

Abiola GmbH plans to donate up to 100 Abiola SolarKits to various aid organizations or nonprofit associations in 2019.

Ideal are projects which are already managed by the organisations/associations elsewhere and with which a permanent communication exists.

The Abiola SolarKits can be Charger 30W or Turbo-Charger 60W. See photo on the right and shop. This is what we decided depending on the requirement.

Below is a description of how the selection of possible aid projects and the implementation of their equipment can take place.

In principle, only projects that do not currently have a power supply are supported.

The area of application of donated solar kits is generally possible worldwide.

Auxiliary stations

Villages

Schools

Orphanages

Women's shelters

And many more ...

Procedure

1.

Project selection. You know, as an aid organisation or non-profit association, one or more projects as described above in the country you are in charge of. Then please get photos of the project and describe the project with the donation request for SolarKit and submit it to us.

2.

Decision. Then, we decide on the allocation in a timely manner. Basically, we would like to support as many organisational/associations as possible.

3.

Allocation. However, it is also possible to donate several projects to one organisation/association. However, each additional project must be requested with a further form, so please only one project per application.

The chance for an allocation/approval for a project per organisation/association is then very high. We decide which Abiola solar kit is suitable for which project.

4.

Agreement. Once we have approved your application, should we sign? We will also send you the transfer agreement for the SolarKit and then you can come and pick up the SolarKit at our place.
A shipment is also possible if we already know each other personally. You’ll have to pay the freight charges.

5.

Verification. However, it is very important for us that the corresponding solar kit actually arrives at the aid project concerned and that it is actually used there. We therefore expect proof through a handover protocol and corresponding photos. We will publish both of them on our website later. You agree with that.

6.

Handover. In order to ensure the handover, we conclude a binding transfer agreement. In the corresponding transfer agreement regarding the solar kit, you assure us of a date by which you will hand over the solar kit to the project offered and document it to us. If the handover does not take place on time, then you pay the solar kit with a planned organization / association discount. There is also the possibility to extend the deadline if something unforeseeable comes up, after all Abiola GmbH would like to donate the solar kit. However, an extension must be coordinated with us individually before the deadline.
