Er ist nicht wirklich „old“. Doch im nahen Rickstown, wo seine Familie herkommt, ist er der älteste Sohn der Familie Ricks.Er ist ein ganz fleissiger Hausmeister und wacht an Behandlungstagen am Tor, damit auch wirklich nur Patienten hinein kommen. Zuhause gibt es keine Stromversorgung. Ein SolarKit wäre klasse.

Elle me dit qu\'elle a perdu l\'un de ses enfants à cause du paludisme parce qu\'elle ne pouvait pas l\'envoyer à l\'hôpital parce que la nuit était trop sombre. . Il leur est impossible de voyager dans le noir sans lumière. Comment ses enfants font-ils leur wok académique? Elle utilise normalement de l\'agneau local mais sa gestion financière est coûteuse. Touchons les mourants, les pauvres, les solitaires et les indésirables selon les grâces que nous avons reçues et ne soyons pas honteux ni ne tardons à faire le travail humble.

In dem Verein Fondation Maman Kaj kümmern wir uns um 3 Waisenhäuser 2 Hospize für ältere Frauen um 1 Gefängnis um 2 Militär Krankenhäuser und um einen Schutzort für junge Leute ehemalige Flüchtlinge bzw. potentielle Flüchtlinge.
Placide Shap lebt in Lubumbashi im Viertel Katuba. Er arbeitete als Buchhalter für eine Minengesellschaft In dieser Zeit konnte er sein Haus bauen. Als der Oppositionsführer das Land verlassen musste, hat dieser auch seine Firma zugemacht. Und so verlor Shap seine Arbeit. Mit Strom könnte er sein Haus und sein Viertel erleuchten und diverse Batterien aufladen, um seine Familie zu ernähren.
Diese Familie lebt in der Nähe von diesen Einrichtungen und hilft uns vor Ort mit Unterricht und Versorgung mit Medikamenten und Lebensmitteln. Die Hilfe der Familie ist für uns sehr wertvoll.

Samuel Angmotey ist Witwer und sehr arm. Er erwirtschaftet seinen Lebensunterhalt mit der Landwirtschaft. Die Arbeit ist mühsam, denn alles muss von Hand erledigt werden. Es gibt keinen Strom. Sein Wasser muss Samuel selbst holen, denn es gibt auch kein fließend Wasser.
Mit dem Solarkit könnte er wesentlich besser leben. Er hätte auch nach Sonnenuntergang noch Licht und könnte in seiner Hütte noch Arbeiten durchführen. Bisher dienen nur Fackeln als Lichtquelle.
Samuel Angmotey is a widower and very poor. He makes his living from agriculture. The work is arduous because everything has to be done by hand. There is no electricity. Samuel has to fetch his water himself, because there is no running water either.
He could live a lot better with the solar kit. He would still have light after sunset and could still do work in his hut. So far only torches have served as a light source.
Samuel Angmotey est veuf et très pauvre. Il vit de l\'agriculture. Le travail est ardu car tout doit être fait à la main. Il n\'y a pas d\'électricité. Samuel doit aller chercher son eau lui-même, car il n\'y a pas non plus d\'eau courante.
Il pourrait vivre beaucoup mieux avec le kit solaire. Il aurait encore de la lumière après le coucher du soleil et pourrait encore effectuer des travaux dans sa cabane. Jusqu\'à présent, seules les torches ont servi de source lumineuse.

Fatu Jonbateh arbeitet seit Anbeginn, d. h. seit 2005 in unserer Busch-Clinic als Hebamme. Sie ist extreme fleissig und obwohl sie für unsere deutschen Verhältnisse verglichen sehr sehr simpel wohnt, ist sie immer perfekt gekleidet. Vor ihrem Haus stehend sieht man, unter welch einfachen Umständen sie lebt.
Wir würden wir ihr eine Lampe von Abiola gönnen. Derzeit behilft sie sich mit Taschenlampen, wofür sie - selten - Batterien vom Donnerstag-Markt kauft und nach Gebrauch in den Busch wirft.
Fatu arbeitet für die Busch-Clinik aus ID #30.
Fatu Jonabateh is working in our clinic in Yarbayah since the beginning and this is 2005. She is extremely busy and although she is living under very simple conditions compared with our German ones always she is dressed perfectly. Standing in front of her house you can see under which simple conditions she is living. So much we would like to give her an Abiola lamp. Presently she is doing it with torch lights whose batteries she can buy every thursday on the market. After use she throughs it into the bush.
Fatu Jonbateh travaille depuis le début, d. h. depuis 2005 dans notre clinique de brousse en tant que sage-femme. Elle est extrêmement travailleuse et, même si elle vit très simplement par rapport à nos normes allemandes, elle est toujours parfaitement habillée. Devant sa maison, on voit dans quelles circonstances simples elle vit. Nous lui donnerions une lampe d\'Abiola. Elle utilise actuellement des lampes de poche, pour lesquelles elle achète rarement des piles au marché du jeudi et les jette dans la brousse après utilisation.

Im Anhang noch die Fotos von dem jungen Kakaobauer, dem wir das Solarlicht geschenkt haben. Seine Name ist Michael Apoku. Michael lebt mit drei Kindern ohne Strom in der Nähe des Dorfes Pabi, in der Eastern Region. Seine Frau ist leider vor einigen Jahren verstorben. Er hat sich so sehr über das Licht gefreut, dass er uns eins seiner Hühner geschenkt hat. :-)

Attached are the photos of the young cocoa farmer to whom we gave the solar light. His name is Michael Apoku. Michael lives with three children without electricity near the village of Pabi, in the Eastern Region. Unfortunately, his wife passed away a few years ago. He was so happy about the light that he gave us one of his chickens. :-)

Familie Kpampokou lebt mit drei Kindern in sehr einfachen Verhältnissen in Natitingou im Norden Benins. Der Vater ist Gärtner und verdient sehr wenig. Um nach Dunkelheit noch ein wenig Licht zu haben, benutzt die Familie Kerzen. Eine Solarlampe würde der Familie und den Kindern sehr helfen, da es vor Ort in der Regel schon um 18 Uhr dunkel ist.
Family Kpampokou lives with three children in very simple circumstances in Natitingou in northern Benin. The father is a gardener and earns very little. To have a little light after dark, the family uses candles. A solar lamp would help the family and the children very much, as it is usually dark at 6 pm on the spot.
La famille Kpampokou vit avec trois enfants dans des circonstances très simples à Natitingou, dans le nord du Bénin. Le père est jardinier et gagne très peu. Pour avoir un peu de lumière quand la nuit tombée, la famille utilise des bougies. Une lampe solaire aiderait beaucoup la famille et les enfants, car il fait généralement noir à 18 heures.
